hen I first saw this in a Target store, I couldn't believe my eyes. I mean, really? A Super Mario Galaxy Trading Card Game?

Honestly, I shouldn't have been that surprised. For years we've had to endure stupid, pointless trading card games being released ad nauseum. Every time a new TV show or movie comes out, you can bet there'll be a dumb card game to follow!

Normally I wouldn't really care, but it has really started to hit home. I'm finding that gamers in general have a super negative opinion of TCGs. It might be partly that they were scorned by Magic's flaws...but I think there's a deeper conspiracy. There's been such a wealth of shoddy games released, that people have just shut their eyes to ever trying another TCG. It's not right!
